Latent View Analytics to invest USD 3 million in Healtheon AI Inc. As on : 02-Apr-26 09:25
LatentView Analytics Corporation (incorporated in New Jersey), a material & wholly owned subsidiary of'Latent View Analytics'has executed a Simple Agreement for Future Equity Notes (SAFE Notes) on 01 April 2026 for a strategic investment of USD 3 million'in M/s. Healtheon AI Inc.'(a Delaware Corporation) (target company), specialized in Agentic-AI framework for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for healthcare providers in the US. The investment is scheduled to be completed on or before 07 April 2026.
